Return shipping is on us if the glasses arrive faulty or the wrong item was sent. For change-of-mind returns the cost of sending them back is yours.

Every pair is covered for 12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing faults — the camera, the speakers, the microphones and the battery.
Not covered: scratched or broken lenses, drop or crush damage, water damage beyond this model's stated rating, and any unit opened or repaired by someone else.
