2. Product disclaimer

  • Vira Sight eyewear is a consumer electronics and lifestyle product. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or vision condition.
  • Unless a product page states otherwise, our glasses are not prescription eyewear and are not certified industrial or sports safety eyewear (for example ANSI Z87.1 or EN 166). Do not rely on them for eye protection in hazardous environments.
  • If you have an eye condition, or experience headaches, eye strain, dizziness or discomfort while wearing the product, stop using it and consult a qualified eye-care professional.
  • Photos are of the actual product but colours may appear different on your screen. Accessories shown for illustration are included only where listed in the product description.
  • Stated battery life, range, weight and camera specifications are manufacturer figures measured under controlled test conditions. Real-world results vary with settings, temperature and usage.

Where a model includes a camera or microphone, you are solely responsible for using it lawfully. Recording laws differ by country, state and city, and many places require the consent of everyone being recorded. Do not use the product to record people without their knowledge or consent where consent is required, and do not use it in restrooms, changing rooms, healthcare facilities, schools, courts, secure or government facilities, cinemas or anywhere recording is prohibited.

Do not use the product in a way that distracts you while driving, cycling or operating machinery. Obey all local traffic and safety laws. Godly Grind LLC accepts no liability for fines, claims or damages arising from unlawful or unsafe use.
