Shipping
Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. The United States is our primary market. We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia and New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Your exact rate is calculated on the checkout page before you pay.
How long until my order arrives?
We process orders in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery depends on which warehouse your item ships from:
- US warehouse: 3–7 business days
- Overseas warehouse: 7–15 business days
Our Shipping Policy explains which products ship from where. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates — customs and peak periods such as the holiday season and Lunar New Year can add time.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. If you order several items that live in different warehouses, we ship them separately at no extra cost to you. You'll get a tracking number for each parcel.
My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is something wrong?
Tracking commonly pauses for several days while a parcel clears customs or transfers between carriers. If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
What is your return window?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. It needs to be unworn and in its original box with all accessories.
How do I start a return?
Email support@virasight.com with your order number to get an RMA number and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed — our return address varies by product, so please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Who pays for return shipping?
You cover return shipping on a change-of-mind return. If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover it — that's on us.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Can I cancel or change my address?
Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of placing your order. After that the warehouse has usually picked and packed it, and we can no longer intercept it.
My order arrived damaged.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice, and you won't pay return shipping.
Warranty
What does the warranty cover?
Every pair carries a 12-month warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects and hardware failure — battery, camera, speakers, microphone, hinges and electronics.
What isn't covered?
Accidental damage, drops, water damage beyond the rated resistance, scratched lenses from normal wear, and any unit that's been opened or modified.
Product
Can I get prescription lenses?
Yes. Several frames are available in an RX version built to take prescription lenses. Order the RX model, then have your optician fit your prescription — bring the frame in as you would any other.
What are photochromic lenses?
They darken automatically in sunlight and clear up indoors, so one pair works for both. Look for "Photochromic" in the product name.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life varies by model and how heavily you use the camera and voice assistant. Check the specifications on each product page for that model's rated figures.
Do they work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, both. You pair the glasses to the companion app over Bluetooth.
Are they water resistant?
They handle sweat and light rain. They are not built for swimming or submersion.
Payment and support
Is checkout secure?
Checkout is processed securely by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you charge sales tax?
Any applicable US sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
