1. Overview

This website is operated by Godly Grind LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Vira Sight, located at 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite #8481, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Godly Grind LLC. By visiting virasight.com or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here.

If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or province of residence, to purchase from this store. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.

3. Products, pricing and availability

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately.
  • Product descriptions, specifications and battery-life figures are provided by the manufacturer and are measured under test conditions; real-world results vary with usage.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate. We may cancel orders that fail our fraud or verification checks.

5. Shipping, title and risk

Delivery times and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier; however, as a matter of customer service we will replace or refund parcels reported lost or damaged in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds, exchanges and the 12-month limited warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Correct and responsible use of smart eyewear

Our smart glasses contain electronics and, on some models, a camera and microphone. By purchasing and using them you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to recording audio, video or images in your jurisdiction, including consent, wiretap, privacy and workplace laws.
  • You will not use the product to record, photograph or livestream any person without their knowledge or consent where such consent is required.
  • You will not use the product in places where recording devices are prohibited, such as restrooms, changing rooms, healthcare facilities, courts, schools, secure or government facilities, cinemas or aircraft cabins.
  • You will not use the product while driving, cycling, operating machinery or performing any activity in a way that distracts you or endangers yourself or others. Follow all local road-safety laws.
  • The product is not eyewear certified as medical, prescription or industrial safety equipment unless expressly stated on the product page. It is not a substitute for certified safety goggles or corrective prescription lenses.
  • You will not disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to modify the firmware, and you will keep firmware up to date via our official channels only.

We are not liable for any claim, fine or damage arising from your unlawful or unsafe use of the product.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, video, and the "Vira Sight" name and marks, is the property of Godly Grind LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

9. User submissions and reviews

If you send us ideas, reviews, photographs or other submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and publish them in connection with our business. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of anything you submit, and you agree not to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing.

10. Accuracy of information and third-party links

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current; it is provided for general information only. This site may include links to third-party materials that we do not control and are not responsible for.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site or its content to: engage in any unlawful act; infringe our or a third party's intellectual property; harass or discriminate; submit false information; transmit malware; scrape or harvest data; interfere with the security features of the site; or circumvent any purchase limits.

12. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

Except for the express 12-month limited warranty stated in our Return & Refund Policy, the service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any further warranty, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Godly Grind LLC, its officers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Godly Grind LLC and its affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination and severability

These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

15. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country or state of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please review this page periodically.
