What to include in your message
- Your order number (it starts with #VS).
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For a damaged or faulty item: clear photos or a short video, plus a photo of the shipping label.
Where to send specific requests
- Returns and warranty: email support to receive an RMA number and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before you have an RMA number.
- Order changes or cancellation: email support within 12 hours of ordering.
- Privacy requests (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale/sharing): email support with the subject line "Privacy Request".
- Wholesale, press or partnership: email support and we will route your message to the right person.
Please note: our Cheyenne address is our registered business address and does not accept walk-in visitors or returned parcels without a prior RMA number.
